Paid media audit & management

Find what to change before increasing ad spend.

Ready to scale a successful campaign, or unsure why acquisition is underperforming? We investigate the account and buying journey against the value and margin each customer can contribute.

Choose an independent audit to support your existing media buyer, or an agreed management scope for ongoing campaigns and tests. Either way, the work starts with the business outcome and what you can afford to spend acquiring it.

What we investigate

From ad spend to customers and contribution.

We select the platforms and campaigns that matter to your growth decision. Identify what could support expansion, alongside any account, offer, conversion or measurement issues.

  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Snapchat Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • X Ads

Structure & delivery

  • Campaign objectives, optimization events, budgets, bidding and market separation.
  • Audience definitions, exclusions, placements, reach and delivery changes.
  • Search terms, match types, negatives, feeds and catalogues where relevant.
  • Account history, access and the changes that coincided with a performance shift.

Commercial performance

  • Creative, customer intent and whether the landing page continues the offer.
  • Customer acquisition cost and conversion rate through to completed purchases or qualified customers.
  • Product mix, margins, refunds and lead quality alongside platform-attributed returns.
  • Break-even acquisition costs and test budgets, with repeat-purchase, payback and cash assumptions made explicit.

Prioritized fix list

What is wrong, why it matters, who should change it and how to check the repair. Confirmed problems are separated from ideas that need testing.

Illustrative work sample—not client data or measured results. Here the market, offer and sales objective are shared. The question is whether similar campaigns are dividing the evidence unnecessarily.

Current illustration

Sales campaign A
Sales campaign B
Interest audience
Offer X
Broad audience
Offer X

Two budgets; the same offer and existing creative.

Alternative to test

One sales campaign
One agreed audience setup
Existing ad A
Existing ad B
Existing ad C

One budget; the same creative held fixed.

Consolidation is a hypothesis, not the default answer. Different markets, economics or objectives may need separate budgets. Hold the offer, creative and measurement stable; test the proposed setup against an agreed comparison. Judge customer acquisition cost, business sales and contribution after advertising—not account tidiness alone.
How we work

Diagnose first. Change with a purpose.

  1. 01

    Agree the objective

Define the customer outcome, acceptable acquisition cost, account scope and access.

  2. 02

    Review the account

Inspect setup and history, then compare reported conversions with sales, lead quality and margins.

  3. 03

    Plan the changes

Separate repairs from tests. Agree approvals, budgets and responsibilities before implementation.

  4. 04

    Check & learn

Review the customer and contribution outcome over the agreed period. Continue, revise or stop based on the evidence.

Campaign changes require your approval. Management, media spend, creative production and wider tracking development are separately scoped. Contribution after acquisition is not operating profit; fixed overheads still matter. Before-and-after changes alone do not prove the ads caused an improvement. Work follows platform policies, with no guaranteed return, approval or delivery volume.

Platform names describe the services under review, not endorsement, partnership or certification.
