Privacy notice

This notice describes how Astorla LLC handles information through this public website. Client engagements and access to client systems are covered separately in the relevant agreement.

Information you provide

When you enquire, we receive your name, email address, optional company website, engagement interest and message. We use this information to respond, assess whether we can help and discuss a possible engagement. Do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential customer datasets through this form.

Website operation and security

Our hosting and delivery providers process technical information needed to serve the website, deliver enquiries and protect against abuse. This can include IP addresses, browser information, request times and error records. Our enquiry email includes the page address without its query string or fragment; it does not include your IP address. The website uses temporary, limited security checks to reduce repeated submissions.

Providers involved

Vercel hosts the website, Resend delivers enquiry notifications and Google Workspace receives them for Astorla. Page styling and animation assets are requested from Google Fonts and cdnjs, which receive normal web-request information. These providers may process information outside your country. Their respective service terms, data-processing arrangements and applicable legal safeguards govern their processing. We do not promise that all information remains in one country.

Optional analytics and preferences

If optional analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose to allow it. It can measure page views, service interest and successful enquiry submissions. We do not send the text of your enquiry, your name, email or company website as analytics event fields. Analytics reports are not proof that an enquiry became a client.

You can decline analytics and still use the website and form. Use Privacy settings to see availability or change your choice. A small browser preference records that choice. We also use session storage for interface preferences, such as the selected engagement type and whether the introduction has already played. This site does not install advertising pixels.

If an anti-bot challenge is enabled on the form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes information needed to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse. This security check is separate from optional audience measurement.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted unless they are needed for an ongoing client relationship or a legal obligation. Client records follow the relevant agreement and applicable requirements. Provider security records may have separate retention periods under their service settings.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, use the contact form, choose “Not sure yet” and begin your message with “Privacy request.” The company website field is optional. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority where applicable.

Changes to this notice

We update this notice when website practices change. The date above identifies the current version. This notice is about the public website; it does not authorize us to access your advertising or customer accounts.
