Tell us what is happening in your business.
A few sentences are enough. Tell us what you want to change, what feels unclear or where you are getting stuck. You do not need a finished brief or to choose a service before getting in touch.
We will reply to understand the situation and discuss whether we can help. Sending this form does not book a session or commit you to paid work.
A few practical questions.
What happens after I enquire?
Tell us what is happening in your business; you do not need to choose a service. We clarify the problem and fit, then propose the work, fee and timing. An enquiry does not book a session or commit you to paid work. A consultation is a paid working session, booked only after its scope and fee are agreed.
Who is Astorla for?
Ecommerce and service businesses working toward profitability, improving existing profit or assessing an expansion. We check whether the available information can support the work; there is no blanket revenue threshold.
Can you work alongside our team, and who implements the changes?
Yes. Consultations and diagnostics provide analysis and recommendations for your team or agency; implementation is separately scoped. A partnership can include named campaign work and tests. The scope identifies who makes changes and who approves them. Creative production, development and wider integrations are included only when explicitly agreed.
What should we prepare, and what access do you need?
Bring the business question, current sales or lead reports, acquisition spend and relevant margin or delivery-cost information. We agree the reporting period and systems first, then request only necessary read-only access where supported or relevant exports. Keep passwords and customer datasets out of the enquiry form.
How is client information handled?
Client work is treated as confidential. We agree access, confidentiality and data-handling requirements before account access or project data is shared. Public website samples are illustrative, not client case studies or measured results; they do not identify clients or expose their data.
How long does the work take?
A diagnostic is typically scoped over four weeks, subject to access and complexity. Consultation preparation, the session date and written follow-up date are agreed before booking. A partnership has an agreed duration and monthly review points. The start date is confirmed in the scope, not assumed from an enquiry.
What affects the fee?
The number of markets and platforms, data readiness, depth of research, required outputs and amount of hands-on implementation. The proposal sets out the fee and scope before approval. Media spend, paid data, third-party tools and production costs are identified separately where relevant; they are not automatically included.
Who needs to be involved, and when?
A decision-maker agrees priorities and approves the scope; a data or account owner helps with access and checks. For a diagnostic, we agree kickoff, findings review and final handover checkpoints. For ongoing work, monthly reviews confirm the next priorities. The people implementing changes join when needed.
Do you guarantee a revenue increase?
No. Outcomes depend on the offer, margins, market, budget and execution. We make the evidence and assumptions visible, recommend practical actions and define how to judge whether they worked.
